Payment Options:

We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, Master Card, American Express, Visa, Discover, and Care Credit. Payment is due on the day of service.

 

Insurance:

We file most dental insurance plans, except discount plans. Your complete insurance information must be presented at the time services are provided. All benefits must be verified before your insurance company can be billed. As a courtesy, our Financial Coordinator will file all primary insurance documentation. As a courtesy, we will also estimate an expected payment from the insurance company. The patient is responsible for payment of his/her estimated portion at the time of service. Since it is impossible for this office to guarantee insurance payments, the patient is responsible for any balance.

 

Care Credit financing (with credit approval)

We are happy to offer convenient monthly payment plans, interest free, with approved credit through Care Credit. Our Financial Coordinator will help you apply online for this service. This will enable you to make regular monthly payments for your dental work.

 

Smart Smiles Discount Dental Plan

For our patients with no insurance we have an "in office" discount dental plan. The Smart Smile Discount Plan is an annual reduced fee dental plan that allows individuals and families, just like yours, to receive dental services from our office at a discounted fee schedule.  

 

For a yearly membership fee the following benefits are provided:

 

    Two cleanings per year (includes check up x-rays and doctor exams)

    

    One emergency exam & x-ray

 

    Receive 15% off all services including in-office crowns

 

    Receive 10% off all products

 

    There are NO deductibles, yearly maximums, missing tooth clauses, or waiting periods.
